Students selected for admission on the basis of merit list must be present in office in person on the date of admission (notified on notice board) along with following original documents and two photo copies of all the documents for verification & then admission.

  1. College leaving certificate.
  2. Mark sheet of qualifying exam.
  3. Admit card of qualifying examination.
  4. Colour passport size photograph
  5. Original Migration certificate for un- registered applicants.
  6. Caste Certificate/EWS certificate for reserved category students.
  7. Registration certificate of JPU for admission in P.G. class.
  8. Self declaration form duly signed by parents/guardian stating that he/she will attend minimum 75% classes.
  9. Submission of completely filled registration form is must at the time of admission.
